Job Description

We have been retained by our client, a growing Commercial General Contractor in the Mobile, AL area, to find a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.

Duties:

Oversee the entire construction process and ensure completion according to client specifications
Plan and monitor construction activities for workforce throughout project
Responsible for project financials, contracts and documentation
Act as the company liaison for the customer
Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction or related discipline is preferred
Recent Commercial Construction Project Management experience
Large Construction company experience
Experience with Construction Management software
