Journeyman Hvac Installer

Essel is seeking a reliable and skilled Journeyman HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems for both residential and commercial properties. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, possesses strong technical skills, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Install new HVAC systems according to specifications, including ductwork, compressors, and other components. Installers for refrigeration; run copper, brazing and hanging pipe. Perform routine maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Diagnose malfunctions and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements. Work collaboratively with apprentices and other team members to ensure efficient workflow. Adhere to safety protocols and local building codes during installation and service activities. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide solutions. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a recognized HVAC training program or equivalent work experience. Valid HVAC Journeyman's license or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and service. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration and duct design. Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
