Job Description
**Applicants must posses an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility**
MINIMUM SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience and demonstrated knowledge in military Intelligence operations, processes, procedures, and authorities
- Experience and demonstrated knowledge in cyber threats and cyber security metrics, risk assessments, sources and architectures
- Technical expertise for identification, development and prioritization of cyberspace operations requirements, processes, procedures, and Governing directives
- Ability to assess trends, indicators, thresholds, or conditions to inform NC3CON changes
- Minimum 9 years experience
- Strong writing and speaking skills
