Hand and Stone of Miami Lakes is seeking an energetic and professional Spa Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING!
Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa of Miami Lakes is a rapidly growing membership based spa with over 400 locations nationwide. We're located in the Cypress Village Shopping Center at 7423 Miami Lakes Drive Miami Lakes, FL 33014. Come learn more about this great location and the Hand and Stone brand!
Spa Associates are responsible for Front Desk operations with an importance on delivering an exceptional level of customer service. We are looking for candidates who are flexible with their schedule, dependable, motivated and should have excellent communication and selling skills. Appreciation for the health and wellness benefits from massage and skin care services are necessary.
The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage/facial spa therapy
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Must have experience selling membership programs.
- Team player
- Great computer skills
- Perform various other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Millennium (will train) and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
