We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Dental Office Clinical Assistant. No prior experience is necessary as we offer comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Job Description: As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dental team and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the dentist or hygienist during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and providing excellent patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in the dental field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during various dental procedures and treatments.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Set up treatment rooms for patient appointments.
• Take and develop dental x-rays as instructed.
• Assist in taking dental impressions and other diagnostic tasks.
• Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Perform general office duties, such as answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience preferred; willingness to learn and undergo training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
