Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking experienced residential plumbing professionals to join our contractor network for ongoing maintenance and service work orders. We offer consistent opportunities within your local coverage area through established residential and property management partnerships.

Requirements

Must operate as an independent 1099 contractor
Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience preferred
Must own plumbing tools and reliable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)
Must complete a brief onboarding and portal walkthrough prior to receiving assignments
Comfortable using an online portal system for updates, photos, and communication
Valid driver’s license required
Must currently reside and work within the United States

Disqualifiers

No active insurance coverage
Inability to complete onboarding requirements
Lack of communication or unreliable transportation
No trade tools available for service work

Key Responsibilities

Respond to residential plumbing service requests in assigned areas
Troubleshoot and complete repairs efficiently and professionally
Submit estimates for larger repairs or replacement projects when needed
Maintain communication and job progress updates through the mobile portal
Complete work orders according to company and client expectations
Materials for approved work orders are provided by Superior Contracting & Maintenance
