Activate Talent is seeking a skilled and passionate Social Media Manager who will be responsible for curating our voice and presence across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with users to foster community interactions and enhance customer relationships.
- Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and optimize content for maximum engagement.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and effective marketing content.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for strategic planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions in the digital space.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing social media accounts, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and strategies for growth and optimization.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Creative mindset with experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is advantageous.
