Role Overview:

Activate Talent is seeking a skilled and passionate Social Media Manager who will be responsible for curating our voice and presence across various social media platforms. This role requires a creative individual with experience in content creation, audience engagement, and analytics-driven strategies. You will play a key role in shaping brand perception and building community, utilizing social media to drive traffic and enhance customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand and business goals.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Engage with users to foster community interactions and enhance customer relationships.
Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and optimize content for maximum engagement.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and effective marketing content.
Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for strategic planning.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions in the digital space.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience managing social media accounts, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and strategies for growth and optimization.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Creative mindset with experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is advantageous.
