Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team at Niklife Home Care Inc. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to children and individuals in their homes, contributing to their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to children with medical complexities in a home setting.
Assist with physical examinations and monitor patients' health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with Registered Nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate families on patient care and health management strategies.
Document patient progress and report any changes in condition promptly.

Requirements

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
Experience working with children or in pediatric nursing preferred.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and families.
Ability to work independently while adhering to established protocols and procedures.
Basic knowledge of healthcare software systems such as Axxess is a plus.
