• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited program is required.
• Active or eligible for licensure in Delaware.
• A collaborative approach to patient care, with the ability to work closely with a dedicated team.
• Intellectual curiosity, with a genuine interest in understanding the "why" behind each case.
• Strong interest in internal medicine and the ability to work up complex cases.
• Open to learning and teaching, with a commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.
• Ability to lead by example and contribute to community initiatives.
