Equipment Provided!Pay: $16/hr. (Weekly Pay & Benefits!)Projected Start Date: November 16th, 2026Shift availability: Must be able to work any assigned 8-hour shift between the hours of operation: Mon–Sat, 8 AM–10PM (No exceptions)
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including fax and mail.
- Contact customers to obtain additional information as needed.
- Perform data entry and routine administrative support tasks.
- Support patient care programs by following established procedures and guidelines.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting program requirements.
Qualifications but not limited to:
- 1+ year of RECENT, Call Center Customer Service experience in a high-volume setting.
- Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
- Must be able to log in and work full scheduled shifts without interruptions
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for common remote work issues
- High-Speed Internet with a wired connection is mandatory. (Mobile hotspots are not accepted)
- Adhere to all company required KPI's
