Job Description

Our client is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to manage inventory, asset tracking, and procurement processes. Role is based in Washington, DC area, with both onsite and remote responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with digital records.

  • Maintain data entry for asset tracking systems.

  • Ensure compliance with IT security and asset management policies.

  • Manage IT asset procurement and lifecycle, including disposal.

  • Coordinate effectively with stakeholders.

  • Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system.

Qualifications:

  • BE/BTech in IT/Engineering or MBA in Finance/Operations Management.

  • ITIL Foundation Certification.

  • 3+ years in IT asset lifecycle management.

  • Knowledge of supply chain principles in defense contracting.

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
