Job Description

Job Summary

Busy Personal Injury law firm looking to hire a full time experienced, detail-oriented paralegal.  Candidate must be capable of handling all stages of negligence cases from intake to trial.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain client communication and update client database
  • Coordinate investigations in house and with private investigators
  • Gather and review and digest client medical records
  • Communicate with insurance companies and defense counsel 
  • Maintain attorney calendar, schedule appointment, and depositions
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions along with exhibits thereto for service and filing.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently 
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have effective time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
