Job Description
Pro Resources is hiring a Data Entry Associate to join a detail-oriented team that checks and tests customer phones and devices before they go out. This role offers competitive pay, a steady weekday schedule, and a working environment where accuracy and reliability are valued and recognized.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overtime available
- $16.00 per hour
The Data Entry Associate Will
- Check customer tickets for errors and accuracy
- Test phones and devices before they are sent out
- Document and report any problems found
- Prepare and send daily and weekly updates
- Follow the team lead's instructions and priorities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Knowledge
- High school diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of iPhone, Android, and Windows devices
- Strong attention to detail
Skills/Knowledge Preferred
- A+ certification
- 1–2 years of related experience
- Accurate data entry and basic computer skills, including MS Office
- Clear written and verbal communication for reporting issues and updates
Physical Requirements
- Sit at a workstation for most of the assigned shift
- Lift/carry boxes up to 60 lbs. during the assigned shift
- Work the designated shift, including overtime as required
Essential Functions
Able to sit for extended periods, use a computer, handle phones and devices, and lift up to 60 lbs. as needed for the duration of the assigned shift, including overtime as required.
