Job Description

OpSource has partnered with a Pharmaceutical Preparations Company located in Piedmont SC.

Warehouse Picker/Packer

Important Schedule Information (Please Read Carefully)

All new hires will train on 1st shift, after which they will be assigned to either 1st or 2nd shift based on business needs.Employees do NOT get to choose their permanent shift.Applicants must be flexible and willing to work any of the shifts listed below.

Starting with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour, pay increases to $20.00 with good performance (after 90 days)

Schedule:1st shift 7:00am to 5pm, Monday- Thursday OR Tuesday- Friday.

2nd shift: 3:00pm to 1:00am, Monday- Thursday

General Duties:

Prepare Customer Orders for Shipping (picking, packing, staging: Performing RF Functions; preparing required and correct paperwork)Checking Inventory

Receiving / Locating Stock/ Load trucks/ unloading shipments according to SOPStock Placement

Warehouse MaintenanceOther miscellaneous duties as required by Distribution Center Manager or Lead person

Stay up to date on all required Training and SOPs

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

Valid SC Driver’s License; Must have own transportationForklift Licensed, Experienced Driving Stand-up Forklift

Warehouse Shipping / Receiving Experience, minimum of 1 yearWorking knowledge of SAP system, Console RF System helpful

Ability to Operate Material Handling Equipment including pallet jack, forklift and/or order pickerGood Math and Writing Skills; Self Starter and Motivated

Able to perform Heavy Lifting, Material HandlingWalking/standing 8-12 hours a day

Excellent attendance and punctualityWillingness to work Overtime as required

Requirements:

Candidates must have effective use of all four limbs.Must have good eye, hand and feet coordination.

Must have corrected vision that meets the same requirements as those for a valid / applicable state driver’s license.Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. (Product weight varies)
