You'll work closely with the production team to ensure that high standards for quality and safety are met, contributing to the overall success of the company. If you enjoy working with your hands and taking pride in your work, this is the perfect opportunity for you.What Youll Do As an Assembler, you will be responsible for:
- Assembling ventilation system products using a variety of hand and power tools to meet precise production specifications.*
- Managing the complete assembly process, including building, testing, and palletizing finished products for shipment.*
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area by performing regular cleaning and safety checks to promote a safe working environment.*
- Supporting team operations by completing additional assigned tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.*
- Conducting quality inspections and troubleshooting assembly issues to uphold product integrity.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.*
- At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or assembly work, specifically electronic assembly skills preferred.*
- The physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive movements for 8-12 hours.*
- Capability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds.*
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures within a manufacturing environment.*
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed work instructions.
