Since our founding, we’ve focused on building lasting partnerships that help candidates grow and succeed across a variety of administrative, clerical, and professional roles.Benefits & Perks: • Starting pay: $20.00 per hour • Full-time schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday • Weekly pay • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance • This is a temporary assignment expected to last 6 weeks, may be extended based on customer needs and performance.Summary: • Accounting Clerk position within a copper manufacturing plant • Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation • Support daily accounting and administrative operations • Detail-oriented role requiring strong organizational skills and confidentialityResponsibilities: • Enter and maintain accurate accounting data in the company system, ensuring records are complete and up to date • Assist with processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in a timely manner • Review data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and make corrections with a high level of attention to detail • Organize and file financial records, both electronically and in paper format, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information • Generate reports and provide administrative support to the accounting team • Assist with special projects and complete other duties as assignedRequirements: • Previous accounting, bookkeeping, data entry, or office experience • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Proficient computer and data entry skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information • Strong organizational and time management skills • Professional communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team • Comfortable working in an office environment within a copper manufacturing facility
