Administrative Security GuardPhoenix, AZ Seeking reliable and professional Administrative Security Guards to help maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment. This position combines security responsibilities with administrative support duties.Pay & Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | $19.00/hour
- Monitor facility access and verify visitor credentials.*
- Conduct routine security patrols and report incidents.*
- Maintain visitor logs and security records.*
- Answer phones, assist guests, and provide administrative support as needed.*
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security concerns.*
- Complete reports accurately and in a timely manner.*
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
- Previous security, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.*
- Strong communication and customer service skills.*
- Basic computer and data entry proficiency.*
- Ability to remain professional and attentive in a fast-paced environment.*
- Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.
