Job Description

- Starting pay at $18.00/hour (based on experience)
- Full-time, 1st shift schedule: 6:00am–4:30pm Monday–Thursday
- Overtime available on Fridays

- Cut, assemble, and prepare steel and metal components according to shop prints and production specifications.
- Work closely with engineers, welders, and fabrication teams to ensure quality and production efficiency.
- Operate a variety of tools and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Read and interpret shop prints, blueprints, and work orders.
- Assemble steel and fabricated components according to specifications.
- Identify, stage, and prepare materials for assembly and production.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, welders, and production staff.
- Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain quality standards and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
- Multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- 2–3 years of experience in assembly, steel fabrication, manufacturing, or a related industrial environment preferred.
- Ability to read shop prints and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong understanding of material handling and safe work practices.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Comfortable working on your feet and handling materials in an industrial setting.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
