OpSource Staffing is hiring Assembly Operators for a growing manufacturing client in Greenville, SC. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong growth potential and excellent benefits once hired full-time.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble battery cells, modules, and components

• Use hand tools (torque drills, wrenches, screwdrivers)

• Follow detailed written work instructions

• Perform quality checks throughout the process

• Track materials and document production activity

• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to read and follow written instructions accurately

• Experience using hand tools

• Detail-oriented and reliable

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Team player with good communication skills

Requirements

• Steel-toed boots required

• No heavy lifting, but must be comfortable with light physical work
