Job Title: Quality Technician

Location: Simpsonville, SCPay: $19 per hour (based on experience)Schedule: Full-time | 1st shift, either 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm typically

Job Summary:The Quality Technician will be responsible for inspecting and verifying product quality throughout various stages of the manufacturing process. This role is primarily shop-floor based and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process inspections on parts at multiple production stages

• Inspect incoming materials and components from vendors

• Verify outgoing products meet all quality standards before shipment

• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers

• Accurately record and report inspection results

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues

• Maintain organized and accurate inspection documentation

• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and customer requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a quality or inspection role preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Comfortable spending most of the shift on the production floor

• STRONG TAPE MEASURE/MEASURING SKILLS
