Job Description

QA Inspector – 1st ShiftLocation: Santa Ana, CASchedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PMPay: $18.25/hour

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Inspector to support quality control operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, helmet mount components, and assemblies to ensure they meet engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of machined and assembled parts.

  • Inspect helmet mount components and assemblies for compliance with specifications.

  • Identify, document, and report non-conforming material.

  • Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.

  • Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain product standards.
