As a Warehouse Buyout, you'll support daily warehouse activities by operating industrial sewing machines, executing quality sewing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects. You'll work alongside dedicated team members to uphold safety standards and optimize workflow, contributing to the success of our operations.
What You'll DoAs a 1st Shift Warehouse Buyout, you will be responsible for:
Operating and maintaining industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality goods efficiently.
Performing sewing tasks with precision, adhering to established standards and procedures.
Assisting in the buyout process by completing tasks accurately and within designated timelines.
Conducting quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Collaborating with team members to improve workplace processes and reduce downtime.
Following safety protocols and operational guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
What You'll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have:
1-2 years of manufacturing, sewing, or industrial sewing experience (training is available for the right candidate).
Proficiency with sewing machines and understanding industrial sewing processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work well within a team and follow directions effectively.
A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
