Job Description

1st shift Inventory/ RestockingPay Rate: $12.00 per hourSchedule

1st Shift: Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position OverviewWe are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join our team. This position involves warehouse work, assembly of display boards, inventory tracking, quality inspections, and heavy lifting. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical labor throughout the shift.Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assemble display boards and related products according to specifications.
Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
Track and maintain inventory accuracy.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
Perform heavy lifting and material handling throughout the workday.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.

Dress Code

Comfortable work clothing is permitted.
Closed-toe shoes are required at all times.

Safety & Facility Requirements

Safety glasses are required while working on the production floor.
Green Garden will provide safety glasses and side shields if needed.
Cell phones are not permitted on the warehouse floor.
Phones may be stored in personal vehicles or lockers located in the breakroom.
Employees who choose to use a locker must provide their own lock.
Locks must be removed daily at the end of each shift.
