YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Our 1st Shift Machine Operators work from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm with overtime available. In this entry-level role, you'll be responsible for the following:
- Accurately setting up and operating automated machines in various production areas
- Operating machines in the following production areas: winder, mat cutting table, heads shop, and small and medium spin casts
- Reading and reviewing blueprints and work orders
- Setting machines up to specification and finish dimensions
Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- Basic math skills
- Ability to perform all required physical duties
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English - preferred
- Ability to work in a team with minimal direction - preferred
- Ability to remember and follow directions - preferred
