  • Cycle count inventory according to the defined schedule and make necessary adjustments to support accurate inventory and steady material flow.

  • Perform timely put-away of received material using the First-In, First-Out method.

  • Operate powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts, tuggers, order pickers, and pallet jacks.

  • Distribute materials within the facility to support production work centers, complete necessary transactions, and support efficient lineside presentation by de-trashing and preparing delivery containers.

  • Update the status of completed orders and prepare finished products for packing and shipping.

  • Utilize SAP and other systems to perform routine transactions that accurately move materials and products.

  • Communicate effectively with team members, internal customers, and external customers while promoting a positive, respectful, and customer-focused work culture.

What do we expect from you?

You:

  • Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).

  • Can read, write, and communicate effectively.

  • Are able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.

  • Have prior training and/or experience in a warehouse or shipping environment, or a willingness to learn.

  • Can safely operate, or are willing to be trained to operate, powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts, tuggers, order pickers, and pallet jacks.

  • Have basic Microsoft Office skills and a willingness to learn SAP and other computer systems.

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, quality focus, and the ability to complete accurate work.

  • Bring a positive attitude, contribute to a respectful team environment, and support continuous improvement ideas.

  • Can regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, using appropriate lifting assistance for items weighing more than 35 pounds.

  • Are comfortable working on-site in a manufacturing and warehouse environment that requires standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and other physical movement throughout the workday.

What can you expect from us?

  • Family-owned, highly committed global company with a sustainable vision of the future.

  • Lifelong learning encouraged by versatile training, tuition reimbursement, success coaching, and further education opportunities.

  • Comprehensive benefit package (to include medical, dental, vision) and 401(k) savings with company match.

  • Compensation is competitive and includes bonus opportunities.

  • Work-life balance encouraged through our 10 company-paid holidays, paid time off, paid parental leave, employee assistance programs (financial, mental, and physical health and wellbeing), and employee discounts.
