Youll work alongside experienced team members in a fast-paced environment that values precision and safety.What Youll Do As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for:
- Building boilers and related sub-assemblies, including exchangers, wiring, testing, and crating.
- Operating a variety of hand and air-powered tools safely and efficiently.
- Reading blueprints, work instructions, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly.
- Verifying that all assembled products meet specified dimensions and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area to promote efficiency and safety.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets and quality goals.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and solid basic math skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Mechanical aptitude and good communication skills.
