- Setting up machines according to provided setup cards*
- Loading and threading materials through the loom*
- Monitoring production to ensure quality standards are met*
- Recording production data such as weight, thickness, and width*
- Weighing and recording finished rolls*
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of your work area
- High School Diploma or GED*
- Ability to follow detailed setup instructions and production procedures*
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality*
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic*
- Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability*
- Ability to distinguish color variations and identify quality issues*
- Comfortable working around manufacturing machinery and moving parts
