We are seeking new team members to work in QA on 3rd Shift. We offer hourly wage + OT + full benefit package.

Primary Functional Responsibilities:

•     Sustain the quality management system in partnership with Operations.
  • Monitoring QMS activities
•     Maintain systems to specification and standards (customer and 3rd party) relating to activities and products.
  • Monitoring Inspectors Performance and alignment to procedures and standards
  • Monitor quality processes in coordination with Operations.
•     Monitor and audit performance according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate according to performance levels.
  • SWI audits
  • Control Points
  • LPA audits
•     Communicate improvement and awareness of quality issues across assigned departments.
  • Control Points Presentations and Sustaining of implementations.
•     Implement changes in standards (internally) and performance against standards.
  • SWI improvements/updates based on audits and improvement events; PDCA, Kaizen, etc.
•     Perform against agreed targets within policies and standards.

    Complete raw material and finished goods audits and testing
