Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the highest safety standards by ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, practices, and OSHA regulations while addressing unsafe conditions promptly and proactively. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs while meeting production targets safely and efficiently. The supervisor will coach, train, and support team members to maximize performance, foster open communication, and actively engage employees for input into work processes and systems. In addition, the position ensures the timely implementation of key corporate and operational initiatives, assists in equipment troubleshooting, monitors and maintains production goals, and collaborates with other departments to achieve overall operational objectives.
Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial environmentWorking knowledge of web-based computer applications and Microsoft OfficeGrade 12 or equivalentValid driver's license
