This role is capable of contributing to all phases of the production process using autonomy, mastery and purpose, and works under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions. The ideal candidate will be able to work individually as well as in teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

Follow work instructionsOperate equipment/tools/machinery to prepare and assemble productAssure product meets all quality standardsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentMeet production metrics (takt time)Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, rejects and production times

Required Qualifications

High school diploma/GED certificate or equivalent preferredBasic math skillsBasic mechanical aptitudeEstablished good attendance record at previous employmentWork history does not exceed more than two jobs in the past year

Desired Qualifications

Up to three years of related manufacturing experience is preferredDemonstrated knowledge with basic computer systemsWillingness to work overtime when neededWillingness to be a cross-functional team memberAbility to learn new skills and follow directions
