- Work on equipment attachments for lawn and earth-moving machines

- Operate a MIG welder to complete steel fabrication projects
- Perform welding on various metal components and attachments
- Assist in producing, adapting, and preparing products for shipment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Support additional shop duties as needed
- Previous experience with MIG welding
- Ability to work in a metal fabrication environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable and able to maintain consistent attendance
- Experience in steel fabrication
- Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments
- Basic mechanical aptitude
