Join a busy, doctor-led private group practice in Grants, NM with an on-site, full-time Owner Dentist, strong systems, and a team built to help a new dentist ramp quickly and confidently.
This position is opening due to a planned transition: the current associate is producing ~$80,000/month and expects to relocate this summer (no formal notice yet). We're recruiting early so the next doctor has a smooth start, strong training, and continuity of care.
What You'll Step Into
A stable, high-volume practice with real mentorship and excellent support—ideal for a new grad who wants to become clinically strong and productive fast.
Practice Snapshot
- 10 operatories
- 2 Doctors (including Owner Dentist on-site full-time)
- 4 Hygienists with strong recall systems
- Dentrix practice management software (PMS)
- No CBCT at this location
- Strong assisting + front office support and efficient daily flow
Mentorship & New-Grad Support
You'll work alongside an experienced Owner Dentist in a practice that can help you build confidence in:
- Efficient, comprehensive exams and diagnosis
- Treatment planning and patient communication
- Restorative workflows (composites, crowns, bridges)
- Simple to moderate extractions
- Growing into endo (if desired) with coaching and reps over time
You'll have the patient volume to learn quickly, without being left on an island.

- Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday/Sunday: Closed
Associate ScheduleThis is a full-time role with a consistent, sustainable weekly schedule aligned to the office hours above (exact days configured around doctor coverage and your preferences).
