• OMFS support for complex/medically compromised surgical cases

Compensation & Deal Terms

• 30% of Collections

• $700/day draw with a 90-day guarantee

• $10,000 commitment bonus (2-year)

  • $5,000 paid at start

  • $5,000 at 2-year renewal

• 1099 Independent Contractor

Schedule & Expectations

• 16 clinical days/month

• 4 days/week

• 4×9-hour shifts

• Offices open Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (your schedule is built within these hours)

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• DDS/DMD (new grads considered; experienced doctors preferred)

• Nevada license active or pending

• Comfortable with bread-and-butter restorative—and motivated to expand into:

  • endo, implants, surgery, cosmetics, esthetics

• Patient-centered, team-first, and interested in long-term growth

• Prior private practice owner experience is a major plus
