Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

✔️ Assisting residents with walking, feeding, bathing, and personal care needs✔️ Assisting with lifting, transferring, and repositioning residents safely✔️ Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff✔️ Assisting with visitor management and providing information as directed✔️ Recording and documenting resident information accurately✔️ Cleaning and sterilizing equipment and resident care areas✔️ Assisting with resident belongings and valuables according to facility procedures✔️ Supporting a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications

✅ Successful completion of a 100-hour Nurse Aide Training Program approved by the New York State Department of Health✅ Passed the New York State Nurse Aide Competency Examination✅ Active New York State Nurse Aide Registration✅ Previous nursing home or long-term care experience preferred✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills✅ Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
