21101 - Travel: Radiology Technologist

Exciting Opportunity for a Travel Radiology Technologist (Job Order 21101) – Make a Difference Across Multiple Campuses!Join our dynamic team as a Travel Radiology Technologist and play a vital role in delivering high-quality imaging services across diverse healthcare settings. • Perform a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Support and collaborate with fellow imaging technologists, radiologists, and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain proper patient assessment, safety standards, and confidentiality in line with regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues, participate in quality assurance activities, and ensure proper image archiving.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working varied shifts and at different campuses as needed.
• Participate in ongoing education to stay current with technical, safety, and procedural advances within your scope of licensure.

Required Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program.
• At least 1 year of hospital experience preferred.
• ARRT Radiography (R) certification required.
• Valid State Licensure (Texas: MRT by TMB).
• Basic computer literacy.
• CPR/BLS certification (AHA recognized).

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with PACS systems and downtime procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Additional certifications in advanced imaging techniques a plus.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Radiology Technology degree from an accredited program.
• Prior hospital or clinical imaging experience.
• Proficiency in imaging software and electronic medical records.

Other Requirements:

• Valid Radiography certification and state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call rotations.
