Job Description
A server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Warmly welcome customers upon arrival and ensure they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take Orders: Accurately take food and beverage orders, using the ordering system or writing them down, while noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all items are presented attractively and meet quality standards.
- Monitor Guest Experience: Regularly check on guests during their meal to address any needs or concerns, ensuring satisfaction with their orders.
- Handle Payments: Process guest payments accurately, including cash and credit transactions, while maintaining confidentiality and security.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep serving stations and dining areas clean and organized, assisting with light cleaning and food preparation as needed.
- Follow Safety Regulations: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately take orders and ensure that all food and beverage items are delivered correctly.
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple tables and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
