About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital and traditional marketing and is comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, events, etc.)

Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Manage marketing budget and track ROI for all campaigns

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities

Oversee content creation and brand messaging consistency

Manage and mentor junior marketing team members

Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

5+ years of experience in marketing or related role

Proven success in managing marketing campaigns end-to-end

Strong analytical and project management skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Marketing or MBA
