As a Non-Janitorial Independent Contractor, you will play a critical role in the success of our business. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service and ensuring client satisfaction in various non-janitorial maintenance areas. Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, landscaping, and minor repairs
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
Assist in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs
Collaborate with the janitorial team to ensure a seamless delivery of services
Provide outstanding customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their needs
Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others

Requirements

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

Valid Business License
Worker's Compensation Insurance
General Liability Insurance
Federal EIN #
Other verifiable business
18 years of age minimum
Favorable background investigation results
You can not be a sole proprietor
