As a Dental Hygienist at Bespoke Dental, you will play a vital role in the prevention and treatment of oral diseases, providing exceptional care, and educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health. You will work closely with the dentist and clinical team to deliver a comprehensive and personalized experience for each patient.

Job Description:
As a Dental Hygienist at Bespoke Dental, you will play a vital role in the prevention and treatment of oral diseases, providing exceptional care, and educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health. You will work closely with the dentist and clinical team to deliver a comprehensive and personalized experience for each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and debridement
- Take digital X-rays and other diagnostic images as required
- Assess patient oral health and perform periodontal charting
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
- Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
- Provide fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive services
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment notes
- Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment
- Stay current with new dental technologies, techniques, and products
- Valid state license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and interact with patients effectively
- Experience with digital radiography and dental software is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to patient care
