We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a Marketing Analyst, you will analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to develop effective marketing strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team to measure the success of marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent communication skills.
The compensation for this position is $70,000-$115,000 annually.
What You'll Do
- Analyze market trends, customer demographics, and competitors to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies
- Measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives using data analytics tools
- Develop and maintain marketing performance reports and dashboards
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Google Analytics
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and in a team
