Salesforce QA Analyst

Job Title: Salesforce QA AnalystLocation: San Francisco, CA, USA

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in testing Salesforce applications and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into test cases and test scripts.
Perform manual and automated testing on Salesforce applications.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
Work with the development team to resolve issues and validate fixes.
Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in QA testing with a focus on Salesforce platform.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder.
Experience with API testing and integration testing.
Knowledge of JIRA or other defect tracking tools.
