Salesforce QA Analyst Job Title: Salesforce QA Analyst Location: San Francisco, CA, USA Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in testing Salesforce applications and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and translate them into test cases and test scripts.

• Perform manual and automated testing on Salesforce applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Work with the development team to resolve issues and validate fixes.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in QA testing with a focus on Salesforce platform.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder.
• Experience with API testing and integration testing.
