Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Property Caretaker / maintenance person for our apartment building in Shakopee, MN .Caretaker unit available rent free! $18.25 - $19.25 hourWhat it's in it for you:

Here's what you'll be doing:

Maintain a clean and safe environmentComplete minor building and unit maintenance repairsDo all duties related to unit turnoversCarry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checksImplement required unit and building inspectionsPerform routine errandsObtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair workAnswer after-hours emergency calls promptly (within 15 minutes) and take appropriate action, when necessary.

Property Caretaker / Maintenance qualifications:

One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairsWork independentlyEffective communicate orally and in writing.Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individualsAvailability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm
