We are currently hiring Direct Care Workers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing high-quality personal care and companionship.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities such as grooming, dressing, bathing, and toileting.
- Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation or recreation.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ physical or emotional state.
- Follow individualized care plans.
Qualifications:
- Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation and a working car.
- Ability to commit to full-time hours.
- Must pass background check and meet health screening requirements.
- Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and compassion.
