What You’ll Do: Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid services, and battery installs. Assist Master Technicians with light repairs. Complete vehicle safety inspections and accurate digital documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of hands-on automotive service experience. Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude. Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record. ASE certifications are a plus (and we’ll help you earn them). Pay & Perks: $22–$28/hr DOE + performance bonuses. Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays. Paid vacation and sick time. 50% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision after 6 months.
