Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable Packaging Associate to support production operations by working alongside machine operators to inspect, package, and prepare products for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Title: Packaging Associate – 2nd Shift
Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM
Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside machine operators to inspect tubes for quality and consistency
- Ensure proper sealing and labeling of products
- Package tubes according to order specifications
- Assemble boxes and pack finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality standards
Requirements for Consideration:
- Minimum of 1 year of factory or manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
