- Performing routine assembly tasks and assisting in minor set-ups of fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth production flow.*
- Utilizing measuring devices as needed, accurately completing required documentation to maintain quality standards.*
- Moving materials and products between different stages of the production process to facilitate efficient operations.*
- Adhering to all established ESD, safety, ergonomic, and security policies to maintain a safe workplace.*
- Conducting area clean-up and organization to promote a tidy and efficient work environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent certification.*
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status (required).
- The ability to read and comprehend verbal and written instructions for electro-mechanical products.*
- Basic computer knowledge to assist with documentation and reporting.*
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative setting.
