2nd Shift Machine Operator (Entry Level – Contract to Hire)

We are also hiring Machine Operator Apprentice (Entry Level) starting pay $17.50 with full training provided – Same schedule.

Schedule:2nd Shift = 3:00pm -11:00pm, Monday-Friday 

Pay:$18.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience)

About the Opportunity:

Opsource has partnered with a premier manufacturer of pile and extruded weatherseal products for the window and door industry. As the company experiences rapid growth and prepares for relocation to a much larger facility, we are hiring multiple entry-level Machine Operators for 2nd shift.

This is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company that values safety, quality, and teamwork. Training is provided – no prior machine operating experience is required, but manufacturing experience is a plus!

Job Responsibilities:

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently running custom-built machines used to produce weatherstripping and specialty sealing products.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Operating and monitoring production equipment
• Performing visual and measurement quality inspections
• Loading raw materials and unloading finished products
• Making minor machine adjustments and performing basic repairs
• Recording downtime, scrap, and maintenance needs
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to read and follow safety and work instructions
• Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced environment
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet throughout the shift
