2nd Shift Cutback Saw OperatorPries Enterprises – Now Hiring

Pries Enterprises is looking for a motivated Cutback Saw Operator to join our team on 2nd shift. No prior experience required—we will train the right candidate!

Schedule:Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PMOvertime and occasional Saturdays based on production needs

Pay:Up to $22/hour, depending on experience

Training:Initial training will take place on 1st shift for approximately two weeks

Requirements:

• Steel-toe boots required
• PPE reimbursement available

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify order specifications, including material length and die profile using Epics
• Ensure cut accuracy and tolerance standards are met
• Inspect materials for defects and burrs; identify and scrap defective material
• Set up and adjust saw guides according to specifications
• Monitor saw operation, including blade condition, lubrication, and chip removal systems
• Assist in leading 1–2 team members to maintain production flow and quality standards
• Ensure proper stacking, alignment, and protection of materials to prevent damage
• Direct support staff in proper packing and handling procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and report unsafe conditions immediately
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
