You'll work with a collaborative team to ensure timely, accurate completion of projects, playing a vital role in our operational success.What Youll Do As an Imaging File Clerk Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and scanning high-volume mortgage documents with precision and care.
- Classifying documents based on type and identifying wet or dry signatures to ensure proper processing.
- Unboxing, sorting, and feeding documents into high-speed scanners while performing quality assurance checks.
- Re-boxing and filing documents after scanning to maintain organized records.
- Lifting, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 40 lbs regularly, including managing inventory in the warehouse.
- Conducting data entry tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Accessing elevated storage areas, including using ladders to file documents within the vault area of the warehouse.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
- Physical strength and stamina to lift and carry 40+ pound boxes and manage inventory.
- A commitment to meeting production deadlines with attention to detail.
- Successful completion of a Live Scan Background Screening prior to employment.
